Postrio's seasonal menus consistently showcase the freshest and finest ingredients while satisfying a variety of tastes. Our contemporary cuisine is a tribute to the city's cultural influences and roots.
The signature dishes are all indicative of Jordan's interest in diverse cuisine, and include such items as crispy quail in a chili glaze with melons and candied pistachios; grilled octopus with a spinach-lentil salad, cornmeal battered oysters and a buddha’s hand vinaigrette; seared rare tuna with miso braised daikon, shiitake mushrooms and baby bok choy; and grass fed lamb with a garbanzo bean samosa and a garam masala jus. The menus shine with local ingredients and specialties from over 40 farm contacts that Jordan has found on daily tours into the surrounding farmland of the bay area.
